Small municipalities handle requests, complaints and announcements on paper and by phone, so follow-up gets lost and citizens see no result.

- A structure serving several municipalities, each with its own space and data.
- Public pages for citizens and internal tools for staff.
- Requests with a reference number that citizens follow through to a decision.

Founder: defining the problem, designing the product for many municipalities on one platform, and leading the build and the pilot.

Built with AI assistance for code, design and the launch plan, with checks before any change touches real data.
