Associations run on people, yet the record of volunteers, their roles and their learning usually lives across spreadsheets and message groups and gets lost over time.
02What I built
- Volunteer profiles and their roles over time.
- Committees and teams built into the structure.
- Learning paths, and a volunteer passport the volunteer can print.
03My role
Project owner as part of my presidency of the association: defining the need, designing the experience and leading the build. The platform is a digital project distinct from running the association itself.
04How AI was used
Built with AI assistance for code and learning content, with automated tests that check permissions and protect volunteers' data.
05The outcome
Live at takafullb.com and used by the association to organise its volunteers and their paths.
