AI use-case finder
Five short steps to see where AI can genuinely help in your work, where something simpler will do, and where a person should stay in charge.
Private by design Your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to an AI model, not stored, and never put into a link.
What the tool does
The tool asks about your work, what fills your week, your main challenges, the tools you use and where you are starting from. It then matches your answers against forty use cases I have written from what I see working with small and mid-sized teams in Lebanon and the Gulf, and ranks the ones that fit.
You won't get a wish list. Each opportunity comes with the reason it was picked, an estimate of impact and difficulty, what a person still has to check, and one small first step. The tool also tells you plainly where a template or simple automation is enough, where the process needs fixing before any tool, and where AI has no place in the decision.
Who it's for
- Owners and founders who keep hearing about AI and want to know where to start
- Managers who want one well-chosen trial rather than ten tools
- Marketing, customer service and operations people in small and mid-sized businesses
- Associations and public bodies that handle sensitive data and want to start safely
How to use it
- Answer five short steps, mostly by ticking options.
- Read the suggested opportunities and the reason behind each, then the "Not everything needs AI" section.
- Do the "Start here" action on a single task this week.
- Copy or print the result for your team, and measure before you expand.
Privacy
The tool is structured logic running in your page: rules, questions and decision tables I wrote myself, not an AI model. Nothing you type leaves your device; the only thing recorded is that the tool was used, with no content.
This is a structured guide built on common patterns, not an audit of your business, and it doesn't know your details. Treat the result as a starting point to test on one task, and measure time and quality before rolling anything out.
