Content repurposing planner
Turn one long piece into a map of pieces for each platform, plus a two-week publishing plan that fits your team’s time.
Private by design Your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to an AI model, not stored, and never put into a link.
What the tool does
A podcast episode, a webinar or a report takes real effort, gets published once and then disappears. The planner asks what the original is, its topic, where you publish, your goal and how much time the team has each week, then suggests the right pieces for each platform: format, angle, length, and which moment of the original to use.
The suggestions come from a rules table I wrote by hand for every type of original against every platform. They are ordered by your goal and trimmed to your team’s time, so the two-week plan is one you can actually deliver, followed by a short list of mistakes worth avoiding.
Who it's for
- Small marketing teams producing a podcast, videos or webinars
- Consultants and trainers who give talks and teach
- Non-profits that run events and want to use them after the day
- Content leads planning a month from a handful of source pieces
How to use it
- Choose the type of original and write its topic in one line.
- Pick your platforms, your goal and the time the team has each week.
- Review the map and the two-week plan, and drop what doesn’t fit.
- Copy or print the plan and move it into your monthly content calendar.
Privacy
The tool is structured logic running in your page: rules, questions and decision tables I wrote myself, not an AI model. Nothing you type leaves your device; the only thing recorded is that the tool was used, with no content.
The planner suggests formats and angles; it doesn’t cut video or write copy. Lengths are guidelines, and platform specs change, so check them before you publish.
