UTM builder

Build a tagged link for every channel with consistent names, so your reports show where visits really came from.

Private by design Your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to an AI model, not stored, and never put into a link.

The page visitors should land on. Existing parameters and the #fragment are kept as they are.

Channel presets

Each preset fills source and medium with standard names. You can edit them afterwards.

Campaign parameters

Where the visit comes from, e.g. facebook or newsletter.

The type of channel, e.g. paid-social, email or cpc.

The same campaign name on every link, or use the naming helper below.

Campaign naming helper

A fixed pattern that sorts and filters cleanly in reports: month_brand_campaign_objective.

As YYYY-MM, e.g. 2026-10.

E.g. passion.

E.g. ramadan-offer.

Suggested name

Fill in at least one field.

To tell two versions of an ad or link apart, e.g. video-a.

Mostly for search ads.

Final URL

Your link appears here once the destination, source, medium and campaign are filled in.

The link is built in your browser. It isn’t sent to any server, and the tool doesn’t open or check it.

    What the tool does

A UTM link is your normal link with a few short labels added that tell your analytics tool where the visitor came from: source, medium, campaign, ad version and keyword. Without them, visits from Instagram, WhatsApp and your newsletter get mixed together or show up as “direct”, and you can’t tell which channel worked.

The builder writes the link as you type, keeps any parameters already in the original link and everything after the #, and cleans up values automatically: lowercase, hyphens instead of spaces, no accents. It also suggests a campaign name in a fixed pattern that sorts cleanly in reports.

    Who it's for

    • Marketing leads running several channels at once
    • Online store owners who want to know which channel brings orders
    • Agencies that want one naming scheme across every client
    • Anyone printing a QR code on a flyer or banner who wants to measure it

    How to use it

    1. Paste the link of the page you want visitors to land on.
    2. Pick a channel preset, or type the source and medium yourself.
    3. Write the campaign name, or use the naming helper for a consistent one.
    4. Check the notes, then copy the link and test it once before publishing.

    Privacy

The tool is structured logic running in your page: rules, questions and decision tables I wrote myself, not an AI model. Nothing you type leaves your device; the only thing recorded is that the tool was used, with no content.

The builder doesn’t open the link, check that the page exists, or shorten URLs. Nothing shows in your reports unless an analytics tool is installed on the destination page.
