AI marketing readiness

See where your marketing stands on measurement, media and creative, which three steps deserve your time now, and a 30-day plan to start.

Step 1 of 5

Where you are starting

A short self-assessment: 23 questions across three tracks and a section on how you work. There is no percentage at the end, but a stage in words for each track, ranked next steps and a 30-day plan. Answer for where you are today, not what you plan to do.

Used only to order priorities: if you don't advertise yet, you don't start by optimising campaigns.

Which result matters most for your marketing right now?

What the tool does

The tool breaks AI in marketing into three tracks: measurement and data, media and targeting, and creative and content. Each track has an essentials level and an advanced level, plus a few short questions on how the team works: who owns it, what is written down, which tools are approved and how data is protected. Inspired by the "AI for Marketing Pathways" framework Google published in 2024, and adapted for small and mid-sized businesses in Lebanon and the Gulf.

You don't get a percentage. Each track gets a stage in words: not started, essentials in progress, essentials in place, or advancing. Then come three next steps ranked by leverage, a list of what can wait and why, and a week-by-week 30-day plan built from your own gaps. Product names such as Google Analytics 4 or Performance Max are examples only; each has alternatives.

Who it's for

  • Business owners hearing about AI in marketing who don't know where to start
  • Marketing leads who want to set the year's priorities instead of trying every new tool
  • Small teams running their own ads and content
  • Agencies that need a shared starting point with a new client

How to use it

  1. Tell the tool your team size, ad spend and the result that matters most.
  2. Answer each track for what is in place today, using the hint under each question to check.
  3. Read the map, the three next steps and what can wait.
  4. Work through the 30-day plan, then run the assessment again to see which track moved.

Privacy

The tool is structured logic running in your page: rules, questions and decision tables I wrote myself, not an AI model. Nothing you type leaves your device; the only thing recorded is that the tool was used, with no content.

The assessment is built only from your answers and doesn't inspect your ad accounts or analytics. The stages are an approximate description to help you set priorities, not a certificate or a comparison with other companies. The tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
