Website self-audit
Practical questions to review your website or landing page yourself, ending in a prioritised list of fixes.
Private by design Your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to an AI model, not stored, and never put into a link.
What the tool does
A guided self-assessment, not an automated scan: the tool never visits your site or measures its speed. It asks 29 questions across ten areas, from whether the message lands in the first few seconds to whether the form works with one thumb, and each question comes with a practical way to check it yourself in a minute or two.
Your answers are weighed by how much each item usually matters: critical gaps first, then high priorities, then improvements, alongside what already works. "Not sure" becomes something to check rather than a pass or a fail. You finish with three concrete next actions in order, not a score or a certificate.
Who it's for
- Business owners wondering why visits don't turn into enquiries
- Marketing teams about to send paid traffic to a page
- Anyone receiving a new site from a designer or agency who wants to review it before launch
- Associations and initiatives that rely on a sign-up or donation page
How to use it
- Pick the page you want to assess and open it on your phone and on a computer.
- Answer each group of questions, using the hint under each one to actually check rather than rely on memory.
- Choose "Not sure" when you don't know; the item will appear in the result as something to check.
- Start with the three next actions, then run the assessment again after your changes.
Privacy
The tool is structured logic running in your page: rules, questions and decision tables I wrote myself, not an AI model. Nothing you type leaves your device; the only thing recorded is that the tool was used, with no content.
The result is built only from your answers, so it is as accurate as your checking. The tool does not inspect the site or measure speed or search rankings, and it does not replace testing the page with real visitors from your audience or specialised measurement tools.
